The club’s attack now includes superstars from Atletico Madrid, Mallorca, and Barcelona. In a recent trade with Olympique Lyonnais, Liverpool acquire Xavi Hernandez. The team also drafted Maxi Rodriguez and Diego Forlan-both forwards who once played with Fernando Torres at his former club in Madrid. Alberto Riera and Pepe Reina round out the list of Spaniards at Anfield.
